Satria Muda is back to share knowledge in the realm of basketball and this time the team that is identical with the color blue visited Sekolah Islam Tugasku in East Jakarta.
This time, Satria Muda management is not only bringing players but also club legends such as Christian Ronaldo Sitepu who also serves as managing director, Rony Gunawan and Cecilia Dwi Maya who is a legend of the Mahaputri team. Then from the ranks of players there are young players Armando Kaize and Christian Tuwaidan.
"This is an activity under the name of SM Care and we want to provide a direct impact to the community, of course in the realm of basketball. The material includes sharing about the fundamentals and main values ​​in playing basketball as well as about our experiences living life as athletes," said the man who is familiarly called Dodo.
When asked whether the concept of collaboration between legends and players at SM will be maintained in the next series of SM Care, Dodo answered of course but remains open to other collaborations.
"Obviously we will continue to be open to new ideas, both material and others. And of course it will also involve the coaches at Satria Muda itself. The players will also definitely take turns in participating in this SM Care program in the next places," he added.
From the player's side, Armando added that he was very happy to see the enthusiasm shown by the students of SD/SMP Tugasku that afternoon. It also made him motivated in various things he knew in basketball.
"First, I was very happy to be able to meet and teach directly to the students of Sekolah Tugasku, their enthusiasm was extraordinary. Even though the weather was a bit hot, none of them complained, and were very active in asking questions about dribbling, lay-ups and others. So I certainly hope that this program can give them inspiration and direct experience from all of us at Satria Muda Pertamina," concluded Armando.
